"If you want a realtor who is there for YOU and not to make a quick buck, John is your man. He will be right by your side from when you dip your toe in the market, to when you jump all in. We were looking for a unicorn property for over 2 years all over NC. He sent us many homes that met what we were looking for. He also provided details about the area and did a thorough job finding things that you wouldn’t think of and so much more. He also made sure to let us know of the concerns around properties to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting into and not blindsided after the sale. Once we found the home we loved we toured the house, ran numbers and made an offer. Our situation required us to put our home on the market prior to making an offer. Our house was listed in a timely manner and had people touring our home within 24 hours. Even before professional photos were even taken. He did such a great job with the detailed listing and marketing our house that after 4 days having professional photos listed we got a full price offer. "My wife and I reached out to a realtor that was evidentally 'too busy' to return our call. Instead, she forwarded my information to John Trapaso, what a blessing this turned out to be! John was extremely willing to listen to our needs, it was as if he was taking detailed notes so as to locate exactly the right house for us. John set us up on an app so we could put homes we liked into a list for review and schedule showings. Well...as luck would have it...John must have been taking detailed notes since the homes that were provided were exactly the type we were looking for! Very efficient. It was good to know that I was dealing with someone so attentive. Once we made our selection, made an offer and it was accepted, John took the lead and arranged all of the ancillary items that needed to be completed. John made the purchase of our new home effortless -with the exception of writing the checks, that always hurts! All in all, I cannot find enough positive adjectives to define my experience with John. Not just a great guy but a superlative realtor. Honesty, ethics, and integrity to the highest level. You will not find a better realtor out there! John also represented us in the sale of our home and got us every penny that we were hoping for! John is a fierce negotiator with a velvet touch. I admit, I am a better buyer than I am a seller but John was very agile in course changes and navigating shark infested waters. He remained a commensurate professional from cradle to grave on that deal. I applaud him for his ability to get the deal closed while dealing with me too! Not an easy task by any stretch of the imagination. In short, I would recommend John to anyone, including my friends, with the knowledge that they could not have it any better. John is a world class realtor among many of lesser caliber. He stands out in the crowd for his commitment to his client and doing the right thing. Kudos John! Glad to have had you on my team."

"John helped my wife an I buy our first home about a month ago. Even though we weren't looking in the high-income tier of homes, he stuck with us for the entirety of the process. We viewed countless homes, and made several offers, and it's difficult to describe his patience with us through the entire process. I think we hit about every hiccup you can hit when buying a home, and he never skipped a beat. Seriously. When you figure in the time he spent showing, talking, offering advice, pointing out large and small issues, and working with paperwork, I'm not even sure how he even made a profit with us. But he was there the entire time. Whether this is your first time buying a home, or you've been through the process before, I couldn't recommend John and the team at Exit Realty enough.
